Cream Couch only accepts the following modes of payment:

Cream Couch only uses the parcel shipping services of DHL Domestic and DHL International for our deliveries.

Shipping services are only available for the countries Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Philippine, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States of America (USA), United Kingdom (GB), and Vietnam.

Domestic Shipping orders will be free for West Malaysia, and will cost MYR8.00 for East Malaysia.
International Shipping orders will depend on the recipient country, so the cost will be auto-generated on the order checkout page before payment is required.

After Cream Couch has processed your order/s (usually within 1-2 business days),

Domestic Shipping orders will require between 2-3 business days to arrive.
International Shipping orders will depend on the recipient country, so orders will require between an estimated 5-20 business days to arrive.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as business days.

Depending on where you are ordering from, your order/s may be subject to custom duties and taxes. The amount of these fees vary by country, and you are responsible for these local fees, if applicable.

As this is beyond Cream Couch’s control and responsibility, kindly contact your local customs office for more information.

Once your order is placed with Cream Couch and paid for, it will be confirmed and all information given is considered final.

You are solely responsible to ensure that the shipping address is given correctly, and Cream Couch will not be responsible if any package/s get/s returned to us due to error/s in delivery address.

Cream Couch will only accept return/s and exchange faulty product/s if the product material is torn and/or ripped apart upon receipt, but the product/s must still be in its original packaging.

Cream Couch reserves the right to reject any product/s returned in damaged and/or used condition/s resulting from customers’ own carelessness or negligence.

Disclaimer:

Actual products are not guaranteed to look exactly like the display on your monitor and/or mobile screens. This include slight variations in colours and textures of materials, as many other factors such as screen brightness and/or resolution etc. may affect what you see on our website.

Cream Couch does not accept returned product/s sent back to us directly without prior contacting and checking with us first.

To return and/or exchange your faulty product/s, please kindly drop our customer service representative an e-mail via customerservice@creamcouch.com

A refund is only applicable when product/s is received in faulty / defective conditions and/or when product/s delivered is different from what was originally purchased.

Cream Couch is not liable for any purchase/s (if later) deemed to be fraudulent and unauthorised and therefore won’t be held responsible for refunding, as the liability rests with the bank that issued the cardholder’s card.
