Refund Policy
A refund is only applicable a product is received in defective conditions and/or when the product delivered is different from what was originally purchased.
Cream Couch is not liable for any purchase/s (if later) deemed to be fraudulent and unauthorised and therefore won’t be held responsible for refunding, as the liability rests with the bank that issued the cardholder’s card.

The canvas is water-resistant coated fabric, so it can be easily cleaned using a wet cotton and/or a small brush with a few drops of mild detergent. After that, just wipe it off with a wet cotton.
Please do not scrub and/or brush the microfibre leather material (the Black / Brown / Nude / Sweet Brown / Grey part, depending on which model you’ve purchased), as that will damage the leather coating.
