RETURN POLICY

No return or exchange of item allowed except the following situations: –

  1. Received wrong item/product;
  2. Received damaged item/product; or
  3. Received faulty item/product.

Product returned in damaged and/or used condition/s, resulting from customer’s own carelessness and/or negligence, will be rejected.

Prior consent/confirmation from us is necessary/needed before returning the item/product to us.

Confirmation/eligibility of return of item/product shall be requested at ask@creamcouch.com within FIVE (5) DAYS from the date of receiving the item/product.

REFUND POLICY

Refund is permissible only for following situations: –

  1. Received item in defective condition(s);
  2. Never received the order/item/product;
  3. Received an incomplete order/item; or
  4. Received wrong item.

Any fraudulent/unauthorized purchase is not entitled for refund.
