• Domestic Shipping orders, via DHL services, will arrive either within 1 week (applicable for ready stock), OR between 2-4 weeks (applicable for pre-order).
• International Shipping orders, via DHL Express, are estimated to arrive between 7-21 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Applicable shipping fees will be auto-calculated upon checkout.

Cream Couch does not accept any returns and/or exchanges, unless the product has defect/s but it must still be in its original packaging.
Cream Couch reserves the right to reject any product returned in damaged and/or used condition/s resulting from customer’s own carelessness or negligence.

Cream Couch does not accept returned product/s sent back to us directly without prior contacting and checking with us first.
Refund Policy
A refund is only applicable a product is received in defective conditions and/or when the product delivered is different from what was originally purchased.
Cream Couch is not liable for any purchase/s (if later) deemed to be fraudulent and unauthorised and therefore won’t be held responsible for refunding, as the liability rests with the bank that issued the cardholder’s card.
