As all Cream Couch products are primarily handcrafted / handmade, there are bound to be cosmetic imperfections which do not meet nor pass our stringent quality control and assurance processes.
As such, we are making these surplus stock available for sale to those who are interested. Rest assured that all these items still function and work properly, as the various forms of defects may include, but not limited to, the following:
– Scratches, wrinkles and/or dents
– Discolourations, marks and/or stains
– Slight shape distortions
– Hardware defects and/or missing parts
– Uneven fabric textures
– Uneven thread seams and/or alignments
– Bag strap and/or bag handle issues

Defective item models and colours listed may vary, and are available WHILE STOCKS LAST ONLY.
Terms & Conditions
1. All purchases are final. All defect items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
2. All purchases from the Defective Item Sale DO NOT come in mailer box packaging.
3. If you are unable to accept defective items, any of these terms and conditions, or any of the above mentioned details, please do not purchase from this defective item sale.

• Domestic Shipping orders, via DHL services, will arrive either within 1 week (applicable for ready stock), OR between 2-4 weeks (applicable for pre-order).
• International Shipping orders, via DHL Express, are estimated to arrive between 7-21 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Applicable shipping fees will be auto-calculated upon checkout.
Return & Exchanges

Cream Couch does not accept any returns and/or exchanges, unless the product has defect/s but it must still be in its original packaging.
Cream Couch reserves the right to reject any product returned in damaged and/or used condition/s resulting from customer’s own carelessness or negligence.

Cream Couch does not accept returned product/s sent back to us directly without prior contacting and checking with us first.
Refund Policy
A refund is only applicable a product is received in defective conditions and/or when the product delivered is different from what was originally purchased.
Cream Couch is not liable for any purchase/s (if later) deemed to be fraudulent and unauthorised and therefore won’t be held responsible for refunding, as the liability rests with the bank that issued the cardholder’s card.

The canvas is water-resistant coated fabric, so it can be easily cleaned using a wet cotton and/or a small brush with a few drops of mild detergent. After that, just wipe it off with a wet cotton.
Please do not scrub and/or brush the microfibre leather material (the Black / Brown / Nude / Sweet Brown / Grey part, depending on which model you’ve purchased), as that will damage the leather coating.
